Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider and financial institution, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Conditions Following a Refund

  • If a refund request is approved and processed, your license and associated rights to use the product will terminate immediately.
  • You must cease using the refunded product and remove it from all websites, servers, computers, backup environments, and other systems under your control. Continued use of a product after a refund has been issued is not permitted.
